Homemade Oats Bar Recipe


  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup grinded coconut

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder* (optional)

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 2½ cups organic dates

  • 1-2 tablespoons milk


  1. In a food processor, take oats, coconut and cacao powder and mix it few times until combined.

  2. Add in the peanut butter and dates and process until everything is incorporated and is the same consistency. Add in milk 2 tablespoon at a time if necessary to make everything sticky .The dough should stick together when pressed together between your fingers.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish until flat. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Cut into rectangles or squares
