Chikoo Smoothie( Healthy Snacks) Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk/ yogurt

  • 4 -6 almonds

  • 2 chikku

  • 7-8 basils

  • 10 grapes (or any berries)

  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp flaxseeds

  • 1 cup water

Method

Put all ingredients in blender and blend it until smooth .
