Whole wheat pasta

Prep time: 15 -20 min

Ingredients:

Whole wheat pasta boiled -1 cup

Olive oil- 2 tsp.

Onion chopped – 1 small

Tomato (finely chopped)- 2

Green /yellow bell paper- 1

Green chili- 1

Chili flacks- tsp

Black paper- ½ tsp.

Salt to taste

Parmesan Cheese – 2 Tsp

Directions:

  • Take a frying pan and add Oil. Heat Oil on high flame for about 30 seconds.

  • Now add Onions and cook them until they turn slightly golden

  • After a minute, add Tomatoes and mix well.

  • Now add Salt and black Pepper. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add ½ cup water and make smooth paste.

  • Add bell paper

  • After 2 minutes on cooking, add boiled Pasta. Mix well.

  • Add Green chilies, and Red Chili Flakes add Parmesan Cheese. Mix again and cover the pan with a lid.

  • Let this cook for 2 more minutes. Once done, switch off the stove and garnish pasta with oregano.
