Whole wheat pasta
Prep time: 15 -20 min
Whole wheat pasta boiled -1 cup
Olive oil- 2 tsp.
Onion chopped – 1 small
Tomato (finely chopped)- 2
Green /yellow bell paper- 1
Green chili- 1
Chili flacks- tsp
Black paper- ½ tsp.
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese – 2 Tsp
Take a frying pan and add Oil. Heat Oil on high flame for about 30 seconds.
Now add Onions and cook them until they turn slightly golden
After a minute, add Tomatoes and mix well.
Now add Salt and black Pepper. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add ½ cup water and make smooth paste.
Add bell paper
After 2 minutes on cooking, add boiled Pasta. Mix well.
Add Green chilies, and Red Chili Flakes add Parmesan Cheese. Mix again and cover the pan with a lid.
Let this cook for 2 more minutes. Once done, switch off the stove and garnish pasta with oregano.
