Beet Carrot Juice Recipe
Ingredients
1 fresh beet
1-2 carrot
lemon (juice)
½ glass water
Method
Wash all ingredients well.
Peeled beet and carrot ,Cut in to very small pieces
Add each item into the juicer in the order listed.
Pour juice into a glass, give it a good stir and enjoy immediate
