Oats Idli Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup oats, quick cooking oats or rolled oats. ½ cup fine sooji (rava ) ½ cup fresh or sour curd (dahi or yogurt) 1 cup water or add as required. 1 teaspoon eno 1 small to medium carrot grated– optional 1 tsp. Coriender Method ½ cup rava roast on low flame until it turns aromatic. add powdered oats and mix well. transfer the mixture and allow to cool completely. add in ½ cup curd and ½ cup water. mix well making sure there are no lumps. further add 2 tbsp coriande
